Hello. I am currently working as a Receptionist at Bodycare Clinic CBD branch. I also am a student at the University of Auckland, majoring in Statistics, Information Systems and Computer Science. Having a huge interest in the Healthcare system in New Zealand, it is a real privilege for me to step into the health industry as a receptionist at Bodycare. I will try my best to make sure all patients get the required treatments and services in a timely manner.

Hello, I’m Rachel, a receptionist of the Bodycare Clinic. I am from South Korea, and I graduated from the Bachelor of Science in Physiology at the University of Auckland, with a scholarship. Currently, I am studying a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Auckland.
Working in Bodycare Clinic has given me an insight into a holistic approach in treating patients, as well as a different perspective to look at our body system. As a receptionist, I will try my best to maintain a smooth flow in our schedule without any inconveniences.

Hello, my name is Jisoo. Being a patient at Bodycare since high school, I was more than delighted when I got the opportunity to work for the team. Although I am a student majoring in Psychology and Criminology, I have acquired knowledge about healthcare and wellbeing during my 2+ years of working. Hello, My name is Hyeonji Jung and I am a receptionist at Bodycare Clinic. I was born in South Korea, grew up in New Zealand and I am currently a student at the University of Auckland studying a commerce degree. Appointments with the practitioners can be made through the reception team and I am a friendly receptionist who is able to assist you to make an appointment and answer any enquiries you may have. I believe my strong communication skills and a positive outlook ensure excellence customer service to both patients and practitioners.

This is Jisoo Kim, currently studying Bachelor of Arts and Commerce at the University of Auckland. I am proud to be part of the Administration Team at the Bodycare Clinic, as I have experienced the amazing effects of Chiropractic and Acupuncture treatments myself, and believe that they can be a great help to solve wider health issues for many people. As a receptionist, my aim is to support our practitioners to deliver high quality treatment, and to support our patients to get efficient and quick assistance with any inquires or issues regarding our clinic’s service and treatment. I wish to apply my personal skills in communication and customer service to achieve the aforementioned aims.

Hello my name is Yerim Oh and I am currently studying Biological and Environmental Science at the University of Auckland. After I completed my elementary studies from Korea, I moved to New Zealand with my whanau. Growing up in New Zealand, I was able to form good relationships with diverse cultures and live with an optimistic mindset which also affected me in my work space. I previously worked as a barista and loved to serve customers with my coffee. My goal was to give my customers a good start to the day and I strived to improve my coffee skills at its best. Now I am working as a receptionist at the BodyCare Clinic. As working here, I wish to provide comfort for patients and welcoming them to our Clinic to obtain the best treatment from us.
