2. If you are a New Patient, choose “Initial Consultation” and the name of the practitioner you wish to see.
3. In 5 minutes, you will receive an email. Please complete the “Initial Consultation Form” attached to it.
4. If you have an existing ACC number, please let us know in advance.
5. If you have visited us before, please select ‘Followup’ and make an appointment.

Cancellation and No show policy

In fairness to our practitioners and patients, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend. We have a waiting list of patients who need our care but fail to secure an appointment due to busy schedules. Please call us as soon as you are aware of your changing circumstances so that we can assist others who need urgent care.

If no advanced notice is given, there is ‘no show’ fee charged based on our casual visit per session. Please refer to our Bodycare Clinic website for the cost.

If for unexpected reasons, you need to make any changes on the day of your appointment, please provide us with a brief explananation of your situation. We appreciate your cooperation.

***No show appointment is defined as an appointment that you do not show up and which you fail to give us prior 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
